The best part about making a salad is that you can easily substitute and adjust measurements to your liking. This recipe below is a great starting point, but by no means does it need to be exact.
Ingredients
3 c. fresh greens
½ c. grilled chicken
½ avocado
⅓ c. corn
⅓ c. grape tomatoes
⅓. c. shredded carrots
⅓ c. edamame
⅓ c. sliced cucumber
⅛ c. red onion, chopped
⅛ c. walnuts
Instructions
Add all toppings on a bed of mixed greens.
Drizzle with a little dressing, and enjoy!
