Happy Memorial Day weekend! Pool time, grilling, and sunshine – FINALLY! It’s such an exciting time of year. With all of the fun outdoor festivities, it can also be a busy time of year. When it comes to food prep, quick and simple is definitely the best way to go. This patriotic fruit kabob is super easy to whip up, and it’s super delicious!
Ingredients
- strawberries
- blueberries
- angel food cake
- skewers
Steps
1. Cut an angel food cake into 1 inch squares. I bought the cake pre-made to save time.
2. Slice the leaves off of the strawberries.
3. Slide the fruit onto the skewers, and voila! Ready to serve.
