It’s here! The most beautiful season. With fall comes so many fun things to do that only come around once a year. It’s the perfect time to try something new with your honey (or your bestie). Here are a few easy, inexpensive fall date ideas!

1. Go apple picking.

2. Meet for a coffee date.

3. Enjoy a backyard bonfire.

4. Try a new soup recipe.

5. Find some beautiful scenery, and have a fall photoshoot.

6. Tour a local brewery.

7. Visit a thrift shop, and find a DIY project to do together.

8. Decorate pumpkins.

9. Go on a hayrack ride.

10.  Stay in for a scary movie night.

12. Build a blanket fort.

13. Make homemade apple cider.

14. Invite friends over for a game night.

15. Attend a fall festival.

  1. Oooh what kinds of apples are those?! They look beautiful!

    And I wish we could go applepicking– alas not very many apple orchards near us. Perhaps my husband and I will make a date to the grocery store to buy some apples (and pumpkins)… ;)

    • You know, I’m not sure what kind they are! They came from my grandma’s tree, and they are the most delicious apples I’ve ever had – soo sweet!

      I mean, a grocery-story-apple-picking date is the next best thing, right? ;)

    All of these ideas are scrumptious! I am missing fall more than ever. We recently moved to China and where we are it still feels like summer. We lived in New England last fall which is pretty much perfect. I can’t decide if my favorite was taking my little girl apple picking and pumpkin choosing or when we went camping. Oh, I miss fall!
