How to Make a Chicken Vegetable Power Salad

Chicken Vegetable Power Salad | theanastasiaco.comI’m always looking for easy, painless ways to eat healthy on the go. Keeping a variety of chopped up and prepared vegetables on hand has been an extremely convenient way to put meals together in just a few minutes. When hunger strikes, which is real often – let me tell you, I simply mix and match prepped vegetables with other foods to create satisfying and delicious entrées. Wraps, omelettes, sandwiches, and salads are my favorite go-to meals when the clock is tickin’!

This chicken vegetable power salad is packed full of nutrients, fiber, and protein. Although salads are refreshing, they don’t always seem to cut it. This one, however, is loaded with substance to get you through the day.
