Make a list, set a goal or two, stay focused, and git-r-done! Imagine how fantastic Friday will feel. While I have a few things on my list, I’m finally going to get my workout groove back after my routine took a hiatus.

I like to start my Monday mornings by registering for a few classes at my favorite yoga studio. If I look ahead to my schedule and register in advance, I’m less likely to decide not to go for whatever reason. “Well, I paid for it. I should probably go.” It helps a lot, and I’m always happy that I went.
Ooo! This is a good one. I love the idea of scheduling a workout.. it would definitely help! Thinking I should look into some classes, Zumba perhaps? :)
