If you’re somewhat of a procrastinator when it comes to holiday planning, this Pumpkin Pie Parfait recipe might be just what you’re looking for. When getting ready for Friendsgiving, we had everything prepared with only a few minutes to spare before guests arrived. This tasty dessert was quick and simple – two of my favorite words.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of pumpkin purée
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 packages of cinnamon graham crackers
- whipped cream
Serves 12
Total time: 15 minutes
Steps
1. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the pumpkin purée, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
2. Place the graham crackers in a ziplock bag, and crush with a rolling pin.
3. Layer two to three spoonfuls of graham cracker crumbs and pumpkin mix into a dessert dish. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Going to skip the graham crackers to make it for my gf family members, I can’t wait…. they can have pumpkin pie too without a lot of work or cost for me!
