- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup mozzarella, diced
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-4 fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine tomatoes and mozzarella in a serving dish.
